Costs vary from event to event. In a nutshell, however, expect my services to run about $100 an hour. I do have some package prices for weddings/receptions, receptions, corporate parties, private parties and school dances. The price is all inclusive and consists of, but not limited to: no less than 2 meetings about the upcoming event; a written “schedule” of what my expected duties are and a loose time frame at which they will happen; set-up/take-down times and no limit to the number of times you would like to confer with me via phone or email. If your shindig is more than 25 miles away from Bellingham, there is a travel fee. It’s not much, but with gas prices the way they are, I gotta do it. If your anywhere in Western Washington, I’d love to supply the tunes for your affair.
As for which dates are available, I’ll work just about any day, or night, that you’d like. The sooner you reserve that date, the better off we both will be.
